Credit purchases on AniFlow AI are generally non-refundable. When you purchase credits, you receive immediate access to use them for AI image generation. This constitutes delivery of a digital service.
- Unused credits can be used normally within the validity period
- Credits cannot be transferred to other accounts
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or other payment methods
If an image generation fails due to a technical issue on our side, the credits consumed will be automatically refunded to your account balance. You do not need to contact support for these automatic refunds.
Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. This includes:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Annual subscription fees
- Partial subscription periods
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle
- You will be charged the current subscription rate unless you cancel before the renewal date
- No refunds are provided for renewal charges - please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Upon cancellation, you retain access to subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days in your billing cycle
We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds or credits in the following situations:
- Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase
- Technical failures: If our service experienced significant downtime or errors that prevented you from using purchased credits
- Billing errors: If there was an error in the amount charged
To request a refund for exceptional circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of the charge with:
- Your account email address
- Transaction ID or receipt
- Detailed description of the issue
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive.
However, please note that:
- By using our service to generate images, you acknowledge that the digital content has been fully delivered
- Once you begin using purchased credits or subscription benefits, you waive your right of withdrawal
- If you have not used any credits or accessed subscription features, you may be eligible for a full refund within the 14-day period
We cannot provide refunds for:
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated image results
- Unused credits (unless exceptional circumstances apply)
- Subscription time already elapsed
- Charges processed more than 30 days ago
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Requests made after a chargeback has been initiated
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Loss of all remaining credits and subscription benefits
- Permanent ban from the service
We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating any payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
